- State lives in version control, not in a person's memory.
- Every host is cattle until proven otherwise, then documented as a pet.
- A runbook that has never been executed is fiction.
I build and run the unglamorous half of software: the pipelines, the hosts, the secrets, the pager. Twenty years of it. If it boots, deploys, scales, or wakes someone at 03:00, that is the part I take.

WHAT THIS IS
A working surface. Notes, tooling, and the systems I keep running, published without a marketing department. Nothing here is a funnel.
- Infrastructure — Kubernetes, Proxmox, bare metal, the awkward hybrid in between.
- Automation — Ansible, Terraform, and shell that outlives its author.
- Pipelines — build, sign, ship, roll back; boring on purpose.
- Observability — if it is not measured, it is a rumor.
